The charges against writer Shakthika Sathkumara have been dropped after the Attorney General’s Department decided not to file indictments.
Shakthika was arrested on 1 April 2019 and was jailed for over four months before he was bailed out in August later that year due to his short story called ”ARDHA”
The case was concluded yesterday (09) at the Polgahawela Magistrate’s Court.
