Ukrainian President Selensky has said that Russia will have to worry for generations about its continued attack on Ukraine if it does not end its aggression soon and move towards peace.
He says only a handful of top Russian government officials, including Russian President Putin, need a war. He also said that the Russian people did not want a war.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian president has called on Switzerland to suspend the bank accounts of all Russian billionaires. That’s because every millionaire who supports the war has bank accounts in Switzerland.
However, the United Nations says 6.5 million people have been displaced in Ukraine due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and 3.3 million have left Ukraine. The Ukrainian government said in a statement that 847 Ukrainians had been killed in Russian attacks.
