Archbishop of Colombo has announced to declare a Black Sunday.
Because of they unsatisfied with the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Easter attacks.
Accordingly, the Archbishop of Colombo who met yesterday (28) decided to declare Black Sunday on the 7th of this month.
Black Sunday has been declared as a protest against the lack of justice for all those who died and were affected by the Easter attacks, and Catholics are expected to dress in black and attend Mass on that day.
