A recovery plan is about to launch by EU in response to Covid – 19

European Union announced a recovery plan will be launch in June after their all 27 members approves the scheme. It is titled as ‘Next Generation EU’ and worth €1 trillion budget proposal and €750 billion recovery plan. This aims to re-build economic and social damages which are brought by the corona virus to the European nations.
As they state “This is more than a recovery plan. It is a once in a lifetime chance to emerge stronger from the pandemic, transform our economies, create opportunities and jobs for the Europe where we want to live. We have everything to make this happen.

It considers the problems, which are the European region facing currently as well as the possible future circumstances.
The key elements of the strategy could be summarizing as follows;
 Research and innovation,
 Fair climate and digital transitions
 Preparedness, recovery and resilience,
 Modernising traditional policies such as cohesion and the common agricultural policy,
 Fighting against climatic changes, (with protecting biodiversity and gender equality)
