All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama has sent a letter to the Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe.

It says that Muslims should be allowed to be buried with the dead bodies of Covid-19.

The letter also mentions the appreciation of the services of all health authorities fighting the Covid-19 disaster.

The World Health Organization, with the guidance of the World Health Organization (UNHRC), has reaffirmed its decision in this regard in 180 countries. It is reported that the letter. The letter also stated by the Muslim community, that who was died in Covid-19 infection,dead bodies were buried with protectively.Their organisation kindly requested permission to be buried dead bodies under the supervision of the Police and Public Health Inspectors under proper protective measures.
